I would like to report a dog walker who habitually stops at the front of my house and allows their dog to poop on my front lawn and continuously, never picks it up to put it in a poop bag. This is the third occasion I have observed this. I am aware that on one occasion was an Asian lady who takes the dog for a walk and does not carry any poop bags and allows her dog poop on the front of my house lawn. On that occasion, I did politely ask her to pick it up which she did. But this has happened on another two occasions so it’s difficult to confirm whether it was her or someone else. This is becoming a major concern as there are a lot of school children who walk past. For health and safety this really needs to stop. I am even able to smell it from my bedroom. I have taken some pictures as it is quite visible from my house and is causing the area to smell foul.
