This commercial and residential property needs to have some organised disposal of their rubbish by placing their rubbish within their property. All their rubbish comes out flying because of this damaged fence and comes into our private properties. This is a regular issue with multiple cars, everyday. There is a restricted parking on Evington Rd outside Chaiiwala that multiple people regularly abuse. i have taken a photo of this breach as it was part of an issue that caused a huge traffic jam at the crossing island. -203 Evington Road, Leicester, LE2 1QN
