Litter mainly left by street drinkers sitting drinking in cars on canon street bought from local off license Vitaz on corner of Harrison Road and Canon street. Men stand outside shop and drink .Some action needs to be taken for this regular occurence and the licensee should take resonsibility and should be warned to stop this reoocuring as it is costing the tax payer money to get street cleaned more than otherwise need to be. -105 Canon Street, Leicester, LE4 6NJ
