On Wednesday 13th November 2024 at 14.30pm a male came out from side alley way on Sutherland Street that is used by biddulph street residents to take out bins. A polish male who lives at 18 and 20 biddulph street was taking out a table and leaving it on the corner where a lot of fly tipping and bulk items dumped. This has been happening nearly every week and has been reported and it is becoming a dumping place. Bins are not taken in and pavement is blocked for residents.-30 Sutherland Street, Leicester, LE2 1DS
