On Saturday 25 October at approximately 17:00 we left the property after clearing the front garden of waste. On Sunday 26 October at approximately 10:00, we found someone had disposed of what appears to be a part from a vehicle. It is white in colour, plastic, approximately 4-5 foot in width, perhaps 3 foot in depth perhaps 1/4 inch in thickness. Shape resembles a bonnet or roof. We frequently have fly tipping problems, the council have previously had to clear mattresses and other debris left at the property. We have will return to the property to get a photograph and send it through. -104 Livingstone St, Leicester, UK
