there are loads of black bags full of rubbish outside the offices of BTP and the Red Cross at the top of East street
rats have been seen and the smell is getting worse with the warmer weather.

The street is absolutely filthy! There's rubbish everywhere. When the wind blows the rubbish comes into the entrace of our nursery. It's a health and safety hazard.
There used to be street sweepers throughout the day but that doesn't seem to be haplening. Can this pleasd be looked at. Its quite disgusting, unsughtly and very unprofessional. We're not some third world country that this has suddently become the acceptable standard in the UK -Rolleston Street, Leicester LE5 3SD, UK
