Every time it rains the road floods. I am presuming this is due to blocked man hole drain. This is right out Humberstone school and on a main bus route and overlapping the path meant on both sides currently. This is getting to be a very regular occurrence. -Main Street, Humberstone, Leicester

From no. 15 onwards there is no street lighting, hence the street lights are not on. It is absolutely dark & scary. Being disabled & partially sighted it is dangerous & frightening to even leave the house. It gets dark earlier therefore virtually impossible to see. -15 Rushey Close, Leicester, LE4 7PT

Lamp post is faulty! light has been flashing like a silent disco right outside my bedroom window for approximately a month and nothing has been done. My partner reported it with the lamp post number when it initially started. Could you please pull your fingers out and sort it out your website claims approx 5 working days. Lamp column number is 20 printed approximately 7ft up the column. Located on the pavement between 226 and 228 to the top right hand side of the Cark park as you drive in there's a pate between the 2 blocks of flats. Exactly where I dropped the pin on the map.-228 Pendlebury Drive, Leicester, LE2 6GX
