There are boxes and bags of rubbish left on both sides of Flax Rd and Melton Rd corners leading down to the first houses which looks disgusting . Also there is a problem with street drinkers who throw there cans and bottles everywhere and also spit pan all over the pavement ,Also there are people sitting in cars using nitrous oxide and discarding the cannisters every where the drinkers and drug users been reported time and time again to the council by many of the local residents but no action is ever taken.
