Parking outside and next to Antep restaurant has reached an unacceptable level. I had to carefully weave my way through the vehicles being aware not to step on the road at this busy intersection. I noted that there were plenty of spaces down Mostyn Street. You will see that the photo was taken at 1907 hrs.
