This car typically parks here and completely obstructs the pedestrian crossing. Crossing leads to a children's play area so is particularly more dangerous. Also consider the obstruction to visually impaired people who use the tactile paving to cross only to find a car blocking their way.-120 Brompton Road, Leicester, LE5 1PQ
