Outside 60 Lambert Road, spilling over to 58. Pavement almost completely blocked with furniture and household goods thrown out. I reported before but apparently you couldn’t trace the problem. The amount of rubbish has now increased so you shouldn’t miss it. -60 Lambert road

My garden over looks this property on Leire st Belgrave there is a serious rat issue due to the garden being overgrown and things dumped in it the rats are running in my garden and going back in there’s .. I have young grandchildren who cannot enjoy playing in the garden as they are terrified I have contacted pest control many times but until they clean the garden the rats will be a issue always pls help
