My neighbour who resides at wreford crescent has a usual habit of parking his car over the edge of H bar of my driveway. I have several times requested him to avoid doing that. Today again he has done it. After 8 hours of work after coming home I am not at all happy him doing that. Today I literally knocked his doors and informed him to not do, in return he shouted at me saying as long my tyre is not on your marking I can park and so I am not going to move my car. Now my wife if has parked on that side of driveway, she feels unsafe to come out thinking she might hit the car.
And I repeat again this is not the 1st instance. My immediate neighbour from door no 8 is witness about him parking close on the H marking. I have attached photo of it and I am requesting to take action or atleast make him aware of his wrong doings time and again. So that he stops doing it. -6 Wreford Crescent, Leicester, LE5 2QH

A street light has been flashing here for at least 22 months. How does this happen if there are routine inspections??????? It's extremely disorientating and disruptive to road users and pedestrians and dangerous for epileptic drivers, passengers and pedestrians. Then slightly further along there are about 7 street lights that don't come on at all. They are probably turned off for hippie reasons though, because you probably think it's trendy,progressive and modern to have dark, barely lit streets-Thurmaston Lane, Leicester

Hi, the shops here are keeping the street much cleaner, I've actually seen them sweeping! But overflowing bins are left on the streets like this one who's lid has blown open and a big box blown into the road. More loose trash will blow into traffic. -Hinckley Road, Leicester
