This image shows FOUR motor vehicles Illegally parked on the Granby Street pedestrian and cycle zone that is between Northampton Street and St Georges Way. This section of pedestrian zone has become a cruising strip for drivers and is a very dangerous place for pedestrians and people on bicycles. The road traffic signs make it clear that driving and parking motor vehicles is illegal on this section of Granby Street between 9am and 5am (Sat) and 11am and 5am (Sun-Fri). Pedestrian crossing markings at the junction of St Saviours Road and Baggrave Street have worn off and many motorists do not notice the crossing and do not stop for pedestrians. Both Belisha beacons are not working and one of them no longer has a globe lamp on the top of it.-Spinney Hill Park
