A woman walks her stuffy dog between 7.45 - 8.00 each morning. This dog is never on a lead. I have found dog poo on my front garden on three occasions in the past month. I saw her this morning whilst going to my car to go work. The dog ran towards me. I told her the dog should be on a lead and was pooing on my drive. Need serious action as again wheelchair and pushchair users are risky there life’s and using main road to walk on - need serious action now to sort this - I have also asked Leicester mercury to do an article and also say council are reviewing long term but are happy for life’s to be risked short term Sorry no offence has been committed - so parking cars on pavements is fine?
