The footpath in front of my shop is uneven, and it fills with water when it rains. I am scared that my clients will fall down and get hurt. The pavement slope (vehicle access) outside of our business premises has completely degraded and is now unsafe. We had an elderly customer trip on the uneven surface last week and it is now a safety issue for any person walking across this pavement area. When it rains it is pooling with water in the areas where the tarmac has degraded which then freezes to ice. It has progressively got worse over the last few months and needs refurcing before somebody is hurt!-65 Craven Street, Leicester, UK
