Near 63 Francis Street, Leicester, LE2 2BE

There is a blue Kia Picanto, registration LS59 ZXP, parked approximately outside number 63 Francis Street.
It has been parked in the same position for at least 6 weeks.
Sometime in June cars on the street were leafleted and this vehicle still has the leaflets tucked under the wipers.
I have found that it’s MOT expired 13 July 2024, although it appears to still be taxed until November 2024.

There is a blue Kia Picanto, registration LS59 ZXP, parked approximately outside number 63 Francis Street. It has been parked in the same position for at least 6 weeks. This vehicle does not, currently, meet the criteria we measure against, which has been set out by Gov UK.

Pedestrian zebra crossing is needed on the approach to Aldi. Lots of people from offices down the road walk daily to the supermarket, but there is no safe way to cross the road and get there. The cars are coming from three different directions at the same time (main road, porsche garage, and aldi) and it's often very tricky to safely cross the road -Aldi Foodstore Ltd, Aldi, 3 Fletton Close, Leicester, LE4 9LP
