Mattresses and other discarded household items have been dumped on the public pavement at the corner of Arundel Street and Norfolk Street. The rubbish is strewn across the footpath, restricting safe passage for pedestrians, particularly wheelchair and mobility scooter users and people with pushchairs. Could the council please arrange for its removal and investigate the recurring problem of fly-tipping in this area? Many thanks.-80 Dannett Street, Leicester, LE3 5RJ
