Over grown hedge at number 32, it is impossible to walk past with a pushchair or wheel chair especially worse when his car or van is parked there, it leaves you to walk on the road on a bend which people speed up and down it is very dangerous. We’re working on a resolution. This issue has occurred on land over which Leicester City Council does not have direct authority. This means we may need to use enforcement action to get the result we want. These situations can take longer to resolve than the more straightforward issues we deal with, possibly 8 weeks or longer. Cars are regularly parking on the pavement and directly blocking the school gate on St Saviours Road, Leicester. This prevents people from entering and exiting the school. Parents with pushchairs, children with bicycles, and pedestrians are unable to get through and are forced into the road. This happens for long periods during the day and is a serious safety concern, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. Photos attached. People parking on double yellows and pavements causing issues with traffic and visibility at the junctions What are you doing to actively monitor this? There is a trip hazard on the pavement, now it's been reported if someone does trip over it you will be liable for not fixing it.
