There has been loads of full and over spilling bin bags and a chair left on the payment ,outside of 3 Winchester avenue,I don't know if number 3 are actually responsible for the mess. When its dark and getting out of the cars,its dangerous,especially more so with all the leaves about. It's been there for a number of weeks now,if it was only a few bags ,I'd put them in my bin or near by bins but there's oo many, bins are always left out on the street too which blocks the pavement.
