Parking enforcement not enforcing parking restrictions fairly and consistently.
By the garage at there are cars being fixed right now on the street where they are illegally parked, and no enforcement action was taken when the parking enforcement officers were here this morning, there are other cars there too which are illegally parked near the garage yet did not receive parking tickets -Abingdon Road, Leicester
