The drain cover outside number 19 is blocked up and needs cleaning up. The blockage is caused by debris and by small stones that were left on the carriageway when the road was resurfaced several years ago. Why wasn't the road covered up with a top layer that stops all the tiny stones from running up to the surface like other roads?
A site visit will show what I am referring to and you can see the stones in the pictures. The road surface needs to be compacted and stones bedded in.
