Abandoned vehicle for over a month. Bin truck drivers find it very difficult to turn the vehicle around as vehicle is parked in the turn point. Same for van and delivery drivers.

Vehicle does not have MOT for few months so it shouldn't be on the road.

This vehicle does, currently, meet the criteria we measure against (as set out by Gov UK) and appropriate action is being taken to resolve this issue.

Somewhere near 84 there is a strong "calor gas smell"/propane smell from what i assume are outdoor heaters, it has been constant every night now of winter/cold day, i think there may be a leak or they are not maintaining them correctly. There is not another category to put this under. If it is strong for me several houses down it must be a nightmare for their next door neighbors at night.
