Speed bumps have come loose for many months now with botls stick out. There is one bolt in there the rest have been taken out because risk of accident. Underneath the rubber pads there a 90' strip of mental. I live on thurcaston road leicester le42qd. My neighbour as a big big akita dog. Its communal area. The owner let's his dog poo in gardens n leaves it for weeks my children are young the only place I allow them to play is at back but for months now the children can not play as the dog owner doesn't pick the poo up. I cant get to my shed without stepping in poo. I have to bath in sand everytime I step in it due to being a muslim.
