People leaving out mass amounts of food on plates, looks like it’s left for birds, on the bridge to Ellis meadows. walking past this it’s visible the food attracts rats and the food eventually becomes rotten which leaves a stench in the area. The plates and rest of the rubbish is then scattered around, even though there is a bin within 10ft of the area. This happens very reguarly. -Ellis Meadows, Leicester, UK

3-4 street lights need their bulbs replacing and this has been an outstanding issue for the last year or so!
