Urine, blood, faeces on the stairs. This is a daily occurrence . We cannot walk out of our house without stepping on human excrement . This is having a detrimental impact on our emotional and mental health. We have been ignored for years by the council. A van ) is parked on St Barnabas Road, Leicester, opposite Mundar, blocking the dropped kerb to private premises. The obstruction is preventing vehicular access. It is regularly parked across the dropped kerb, obstructing vehicular access to private premises. This occurs on most weekends, and the vehicle is sometimes left in the same position for 2–3 consecutive days, preventing or severely restricting access.I have photographs of the vehicle and its registration number.
