Time and time again, this happens, but no action is being taken. The pod camera has been removed, so you can not detect any offences. This is an unclean environment to have to look at daily and not a very nice sight for persons using the nearby park. Why do drivers think it's OK to pull up onto the pavement outside the Grand Hotel? This Iceland driver drove up onto the pavement and then reversed a short distance for some reason.
