Hello this is private property that has not been properly secured they’ve been doing this several times over but they’re not properly securing this and the Dawn Centre clients are accumulating there there are deep pits in there as well which are dangerous and the Dawn Centre clients are using that area to administer drugs for themselves this evidence of syringes and drug paraphernalia. This needs to be sorted out for the safety of pedestrians and children in the area.-54 Conduit Street, Leicester, LE2 0JN
