The whole way down Victoria park road the cycle lane including from Welford road down to London road has been choked by fallen leaves and twigs which are now decomposing and grass is starting to grow. It's very difficult for the general public to walk past the Allag care limited on the footpath it's very overgrown if this it private, and the owners need contacting.
