Hello, the pedestrian crossing on Middleton Street, at the bottom of Narrow Lane, is really dangerous during rush hour. Me and my two children (5 & 7) have almost been hit by cars on this crossing a number of times, today was a really close near miss. Drivers are speeding down this road and do not see the crossing, or do not want to stop. people have driven over whilst we are crossing, and we take less than 5 seconds to cross. Drivers are also stopping on the crossing when queuing in traffic. I understand everyone is in a rush, I drive myself too, but this is getting really dangerous.

Please could you repaint the markings on the road. If there is anything else you can do to calm traffic that would be great. Is it possible to make this a traffic light crossing with a camera?-30 Middleton Street, Leicester, LE2 8LU

Someone is coming regularly and smashing glass all over the kids park. I know as I have been clearing it up, as have other parents. It is at least once a week. The glass is very sharp and is embedded in the grass and Woodchip that the children play on as well as on the paved area. A team that is thorough needs to clear up any remaining glass, and there needs to be patrols and cctv.
