the rubbish including laughing gas canisters and other rubbish left opposite 107 kedleston road, LE5 5BN. the streets not been cleaned for over 4 weeks always need to be reminding you. Understand you are overstretched the issues we have as its a LCC allotment gate its more chances for litter louts and other fly tippers to take advantage.
