on a daily basis the pavement on the service road adjoining the Eatern European supermaket are totally bocked by cars .This is forcing all pedestrians to progress by walking in the road ,including disabled scooters which is most dangerous .the supermarket maintains its a private road and NOT subject to council controls which i dispute ,I would ask that 1 .the council clarifies the situation and 2 if this service road is indded cuncil property put a stop to this anti-social parking .-Buckminster Road Service Road Blackbird Road South, Leicester

The payment outside 70 Wilberforce Road is uneven, and slabs are broken. In the picture, you can see it's clear with water filling on the sides. Additionally, works carried last year in October in the area has damaged the front part of my property. The builder using the digger has caused the damage whilst lifting the slabs.
