I am writing to express my concern regarding the cleanliness of our blocks of flats Sandford Court Leicester Despite multiple requests to the cleaners, the common areas are not being properly swept and mopped. I have personally witnessed the lack of cleaning on our landing and stairs, which are littered with debris.<br/><br/>As tenants, we pay service charges expecting a certain level of maintenance and upkeep.
