I am referring to the street lights that are on the public footpath that runs alongside the Pastures Sports Centre.
None of these street lights work, and they haven't for a long time.
This means that it is completely pitch black when walking along this footpath after it gets dark (which occurs very early at this time of year).
This makes it extremely dangerous, as you cannot see who is coming towards you, and sometimes, anti social behaviour occurs on this footpath. -Pastures Sports Centre, St. Margaret's Way, Leicester, UK

The footpath along King Richards Road situated behind Daneshill Road (from Fosse Road to Hinckley Road), needs clearing/cleaning of all fallen/dead leaves. Also, bushes are overgrown making it dangerous for the pedestrian especially during the dark hours. The whole cul-de-sac needs cleaning. Fallen/dead leaves covering road and pavements. These block the drains. Also litter gets caught. Constant puddle of water on Daneshill Road/Fosse road whether wet or dry day. The road marking to turn right onto wakerly road coming from the direction of ethel road near evington Tesco was removed the last time the road markings were done. I have lived on headland road for over 25 years and I do not understand why this has been done. The road marking to turn right needs to be reinstated so it makes it clear where the cars need to be positioned.
