We’ve investigated the situation. Its again and again same issue, after so many efforts by council and penalties, people still not taking seriously, look at this live example, also pigeons are increasing day by day and dead rats are lying sometimes, the only option is to monitor and with a huge fine if caught.-29 Surrey Street, Leicester, LE4 6FJ

Orange Highway Coned (most likely stolen) have been placed on road to prevent people from parking on road. This. Is causing problems for local residents as the area already has severe parking problems.. The cones are being placed on the road every day by the resident living in the council property .
