Someone left these wastes on broken orange bags beside our bin (which is 1A), there were also some on a box under the orange bin (which is the pharmacy’s). Please if you can help us fix this. This is not the first time someone left their wastes beside our bin and on our walkway (as we live on the first floor flat). If we can fix it, we do it as we always try our best to maintain our way clear and clean as we have small kids.
