The ivy behind my property is overgrown, covering trees and attaching to my fence again. A previous fence was destroyed by this ivy, replaced only last year. I fear the trees may fall onto my fence or shed. Beneath the ivy is a 30-35 cm waste build-up with dead rats, birds, and dumped materials, likely from council works. Every day the bins next the canal are overflowing and this results in the litter being thrown on the pavement and grass next to the flats and houses. The wind then scatters the litter and contents everywhere. It’s an eyesore and hazard. Those benches need removing as people congregate there, smoking weed and drinking.
