Street light no 1 in Parkstone road Leicester le51nn as not been working now for 2 weeks it is very dangerous and we have bicycle being used on the pavement in the dark youths around at night .I am 82 years old and have terminal cancer. Could you please do something about this light-2 Parkstone Road, Leicester, LE5 1NN
