Taxi park middle of the road near junction for passenger pick up even though there was parking available near the road. When I asked driver to move as he is blocking all traffic, he refused and was very rude. My question is if he has bad attitude and can not talk nicely with people how did he got taxi licence. Previous fly-tipping left by builders next door. That was removed. Immediately afterwards more fly-tipping happened - I think its the neighbours but I can't prove it. Glass doors with broken glass, mattresses. A full blue bin. Builders waste. Everyday more is being added to the pile. It's dangerous. Orange Highway Coned (most likely stolen) have been placed on road to prevent people from parking on road. This. Is causing problems for local residents as the area already has severe parking problems.. The cones are being placed on the road every day by the resident living in the council property to safe a parking place for his vehicle, this is illegal and using cones stolen from the road is theft.
