This is the third time I have reported this issue Ghost Gym on the corner of Percy road and Grace road people using the gym parking with all four wheels on the pavement on Grace road where there is also double yellow lines why doesn't the council contact the owners or put bollards there anybody with a pushchair or wheelchair would have to go on the road.-54 Percy Road, Leicester, LE2 8FP

I would like to report a vehicle that appears to have been abandoned. It has been parked in the same space outside my house since December 2025 and has not moved. Parking on our street is very limited, and as we live in terraced houses with only street parking, this is making it difficult for residents to find a space. This report relates to delivery vans parked outside the Tesco Express in Welford Place. I am not so concerned about the vans parked (presumably illegally) on the pavement while deliveries are made. After all, where else could the vans stop? What I have noticed is that vans have sometimes driven across the pedestrian area and turned right into Pocklington's Walk. Unfortunately I haven't taken any details of times, dates or registration numbers but a friend has told me that he has seen this happen as well. I don't consider this as a major issue but it shouldn't be happening and I thought it worth flagging up. The road layout there was changed about five or six years ago and perhaps drivers are relying on out-of-date satnav software.-Tesco Express, Ground Floor Shop, 7 Welford Place, Leicester, LE1 6ZH
