Both lights above the “No Entry” sign have been out for 21 days since first reported. These lights are important as they illuminate both the sign and the pavement below. The area is now very dark, and several elderly residents have raised safety concerns. We entered Abbey park and saw two big rats. We were walking through the park to Abbey Pumping Station. On our way out of the park along the river there was a group of 10 rats feeding on something. I was with my child and had to run backwards with them and use another exit to get out the park. It was scary for a young child. There guy runs car buisness from home he lives one street behind have nearly 9 cars every week sale and purchase and he just rendomly park anywhere anyplace he finds either residence property or on street.This car is untaxed and it been sitting there from 17 days.He will take this car and bring new one and dump it there for another 2 weeks he is doing that from 2 years.Please have a look into this.It is very hard to come out of my parking space as his car is always on my way where no body should-10A, Sockburn Close, Leicester, LE5 1NR
