Residents are regularly leaving their wheelie bins on the public highway after collection day. Bin collections take place every Tuesday, but many bins are not returned to residents’ properties afterwards and remain on the street for several days. This creates an obstruction for pedestrians, wheelchair users, people with pushchairs, and other road users.
