I would like to report a vehicle that repeatedly parks in a way that blocks the road and causes obstruction. This has happened multiple times at the following location: Polaris Close Vehicle details: Grey Mercedes (saloon) The vehicle is regularly parked in the middle of the road, making it difficult or impossible for other vehicles to pass.
