The vehicle has been inspected on 15/12/2023 under Leicester City Council’s abandoned vehicle procedure.
This vehicle does not, currently, meet the criteria we measure against, which has been set out by Gov UK.

Human faeces located near to office building within the open carpark presenting a health hazard to workers and the general public. ASB frequently occurs in this area. There may also be other hazardous items in the general vicinity related to workers that frequent the area on a regular basis.
