Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Illegal Parking, Verbal Abuse and Threatening Behaviour
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to report a serious incident involving a vehicle with registration number, which was parked on our driveway on 22 October 2026 at approximately 8:15 pm.
There are clearly visible “No Parking” and “24 Hours – Keep Driveway Clear” signs displayed on both the left and right sides of the front shutter. Despite these signs, the driver ignored the restrictions and parked the vehicle on our driveway.
When I placed a polite no-parking notice on the vehicle, the individuals involved approached us, used abusive and offensive language, and threatened us. Their behaviour was unacceptable and caused us considerable concern.
I kindly request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action as soon as possible. We should be able to keep our driveway clear and address parking issues without facing verbal abuse or intimidation.
Please treat this complaint seriously and inform us of any action taken. We would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and preventing similar incidents in the future.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am reporting dangerous anti-social driving at night in the B&M car park. Vehicles gather to race, do burnouts, and spin donuts across parking bays. As seen in the attached aerial photos, clear tire burn marks remain in multiple areas. This causes severe noise pollution, property damage, and serious safety risks to the public. Please investigate urgently and consider safety measures like barriers, CCTV, or a PSPO.

As shown in the attached photo, I need to park in front of my property in the space between the post and the stone wall. However, my access is constantly being blocked by parked vehicles, both during the day and in the evening. This means I can no longer reliably access the space directly outside my own home. After my report of overgrown brambles the majority has been cut back. Unfortunately it has not been cut back to the fence and all the overhanging brambles remain.
