Cars are regularly parking on the pavement and directly blocking the school gate on St Saviours Road, Leicester. This prevents people from entering and exiting the school. Parents with pushchairs, children with bicycles, and pedestrians are unable to get through and are forced into the road. This happens for long periods during the day and is a serious safety concern, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. Photos attached. People parking on double yellows and pavements causing issues with traffic and visibility at the junctions What are you doing to actively monitor this? There is a trip hazard on the pavement, now it's been reported if someone does trip over it you will be liable for not fixing it.
