This issue has occurred on land over which Leicester City Council does not have direct authority. We are trying to resolve this matter as quickly as possible by working with the landowner to remove the waste. Following a recent collapse of a garage the rubble has eventually been cleared, however, the remainder has been swept onto the footpath. A rabbit hutch was left outside our property, No. 37. I moved it away but then it was put back.
