A boat has been moored on the green area adjacent to Otters Bank Childrens play area for at least 5 days. They have a pile of discarded rubbish on the grass, a washing line spread across the green area and 4 unteathered German Sheperd dogs running free. The end of the road joins to Knighton Park, and we have seen gaps in between the park and road becoming bigger. It looks like someone has broken the fence in between. It is a safety concern as the neighbours on this road and the next road have seen thieves coming through this gap.
