am reporting ongoing dog and cat fouling outside and directly at my front door on Howden Road. This happens repeatedly and is getting worse. Several neighbours own dogs and cats, the animals are allowed to roam and foul on my property. I have cleaned this many times, but it continues. This is unhygienic, distressing, and unacceptable. am reporting ongoing dog and cat fouling outside and directly at my front door on Howden Road. This happens repeatedly and is getting worse. Several neighbours own dogs and cats, the animals are allowed to roam and foul on my property. I have cleaned this many times, but it continues. This is unhygienic, distressing, and unacceptable. Please investigate and take action.
