There was nothing specific to choose as a category.

There is a noise issue coming from 68 Rotherby Avenue that is affecting a number of adjoining houses. I have called Seven Trend, and they have been and had a look, and it's an internal plumbing issue. I have spoken to the tenant that is there, and she has said she has contacted both the council and the landlord. The tenant hasn't replied or had someone come to fix the issue.

Since the tenant has complained to the council and contacted the homeowner, it is also affecting a number of properties. Can this be sorted? The Seven Trend person said it's just a tap that needs to be replaced that's broken and causing vibration that is going through a number of walls (basically a plumber needs to be called).

There is no way for me to be able to make the homeowner do what he should, but since the council are paying him, and complaints are being made, I hope someone can sort this out.

Thanks.
