Over the last 3–4 years, there has been an increasing number of vehicles being stored on Portishead Road. On many occasions, cars and vans are parked fully on the pavement, forcing pedestrians to walk on the road, which has become increasingly busy with traffic.
This creates particular difficulties for people with pushchairs, mobility aids, or walkers, who often struggle to get through safely as you can see from my photo -Flat 1, Victoria Court, 214 Victoria Road East, Leicester, LE5 0LF

During the day there's almost always multiple illegally parked cars blocking the cycle path here. Earlier I had quite a scary incident where I tried to cycle past a car but it was so far across the path that I had to inch through and a man came and abused me, thinking I would scratch his car. I recently also saw a lady with a double pushchair having to go with one wheel over the grass verge, really struggling. Could the path be marked more clearly so people can see a decent width is needed?-65 Blackbird Road, Leicester, LE4 0AR
