Urgent Complaint: There are four garages in the area that have been broken into and left open. The garages appear to be abandoned or unsecured, and there is a significant amount of dumped rubbish, broken items, and debris inside and around them. The area is becoming a health and safety concern and is attracting further fly-tipping. The ownership of the garages is unknown. Please investigate urgently, secure the garages, and arrange for the waste to be removed as soon as possible.

This fly-tipping is unacceptable. Two mattresses have been dumped on a public pathway used daily by residents and school children. People continue to leave rubbish here, creating a safety hazard and making the area look neglected.

Please arrange for the mattresses to be removed urgently and take action to prevent further dumping. Those responsible should be identified and fined to deter future incidents.-22 Sandal Avenue, Leicester, LE4 5HZ

Pest issue overgrown areas can conceal pest activity, making infestations harder to detect and control. Thick vegetation can provide nesting and movement corridors. These conditions can contribute to environmental health concerns, increase the risk of pest infestations spreading to neighbouring properties, and reduce the safe use and enjoyment of outdoor spaces.
